Senior Software Developer · Building with Claude Code · Ahmedabad, India

I build the systems that keep operations moving.

5+ years shipping the operational software enterprises run on — allocation systems, sales tooling, reporting that has to be right every time. Now paired with Claude Code to take a spec to a working, tested system in a single sitting, without cutting corners on quality.

About

The short version — where I've worked, and what I do, day to day.

I'm a software developer based in Ahmedabad, India, five years into a career spent almost entirely on operational software — the kind that rarely gets a design award, but has to work correctly every single day because a shift supervisor or a sales team is depending on it right now.

I started at Radixweb learning the .NET fundamentals, spent two years at Inflibnet Centre building sales and support tooling for a nationwide library platform, and I'm now a Senior Software Developer at Chattary Ajwan Infotech, building contractor-allocation systems for a thermal power station.

More recently, Claude and Claude Code have become part of how I actually build — not a novelty, a real shift in how fast I can take a system from spec to shipped, without loosening my own standards for what ships.

I studied Computer Science at GEC Modasa (GTU), and I still think the details — whether something looks right, not just runs right — are worth the extra pass.

Systems I've shipped

Five systems, real users — enterprise platforms behind a login, and independent builds you can open right now.

Enterprise systems Login required — internal / government software

2025 Chattary Ajwan Infotech

CLIMS — Contractor & Labour Information Management

Digitised how a thermal power station allocates contractors and labourers to work sites — replacing a manual, paper-driven process with a tracked, reportable web workflow.

GSECL contractor portal — login required
2023–24 Inflibnet Centre

SOUL Sales & Support Platform

Built the sales-management application for SOUL 3.0, the library-automation software used by university libraries, to run the sales and support process end to end. Also maintained SOUL Web OPAC, shipping new functionality and fixing bugs reported by library staff.

AI-augmented workflow

Claude Code is where most of my build time goes now — not for one-off snippets, but for taking a spec to a running, tested web application in a single sitting, without giving up the accuracy of a hand-written system.

01 · SPEC

Turn a spec into structure

Feed Claude Code the requirements and it scaffolds routes, models, migrations, and auth together — not stitched from separate generations.

02 · BUILD

Full app, one sitting

Front end, back end, and database wired to each other the same day — a working system, not a folder of disconnected files.

03 · VERIFY

Reviewed, not blind

Every generated piece gets read, run, and corrected before it ships — Claude drafts the system, I own what ships.

04 · SHIP

Tested, committed, shipped

Every build ends with a passing test run and a clean, reviewed git history — not a pile of uncommitted changes handed off as "done."

Claude Code agentic session
> Build a booking web app: auth, admin panel, Postgres schema
⏺ Scaffolding project structure
⏺ Bash(git init)
Initialized empty Git repository
⏺ Write(schema.sql)
8 tables, seed data generated
⏺ Write(auth/middleware.ts)
JWT auth wired to admin routes
⏺ Write(admin/dashboard.tsx)
12 components, wired to schema
⏺ Bash(npm run build && npm test)
✓ Build succeeded · 24 tests passed
⏺ Bash(git add -A && git commit -m "Booking app: auth, admin, schema")
[main a3f9c21] 22 files changed
⏺ Done — app running on localhost:3000
Try "add a payments page"…

Illustrative — a typical Claude Code build session, not a literal transcript.

What I can help with

The kind of work that actually lands on my desk — and the kind I'm looking for next.

01

Enterprise & workflow systems

ASP.NET / VB.NET applications for allocation, tracking, and reporting — the software that replaces a spreadsheet or a paper process and has to be right every time.

02

AI-augmented full-stack builds

Complete web applications built with Claude Code — schema to admin UI, in a fraction of the usual timeline, still reviewed and tested line by line.

03

Database work & migrations

SQL Server and PostgreSQL schema design, stored procedures, and migrations between the two — including type mapping and syntax conversion.

04

Reporting & data tooling

Crystal Reports and structured exports — Excel, admin dashboards — for teams that need to see their operational data clearly, not just store it.

How it's built

Grouped by the layer each tool sits at, not alphabetised.

Also worked with, earlier in my career: Visual Source Safe.

Experience

Five years, three companies — each one handing me more of the system to own.

Now — Claude Code has become a core part of how I build, on top of 5+ years of enterprise .NET development. See the AI-augmented workflow for how that works day to day.
